When your husband is the Google executive Benjamin Sloss, you, as his wife, get some pretty cool birthday presents. Like this Ferrari FXX-K for instance. The extreme version of the much famed Ferrari LaFerrari is the epitome of supercar mantra overall. This video below shows you the lovely miss Christine, who went with her husband to Fiorano and did a few hot laps with a bright yellow Ferrari FXX K … giving us some pretty remarkable footage entirely.
The FXX-K produces a total of 1050 cv of which 860 are delivered by the V12 internal combustion engine and 190 cv by the electric motor, with a maximum torque of over 900 Nm. The V12 engine has been tuned for track use as well as the HY-KERS system. The FXX K has an extremely effective downforce generation and the result is a downforce of 540 kg at 200 km/h / 124 mph. Not a bad way to go around a track.
You will see an entire hour of Ferrari FXX-K running around the track together with its sweet, sweet V12 engine exhaust sounds. The best timed lap Christine posted around Fiorano was a 1:20.6 that is a few seconds short of the 1:14 time set by Ferrari earlier, but its still one remarkable time for an amateur driver. In the video you will see Sloss’ wife handling this beast of a vehicle rather well, giving the car some nice acceleration, cornering and high-speed passes all accompanied with the V12 engine roaring in the rear.
