Ferrari California T with HRE Wheels by TAG Motorsports
Ferrari California seldom receives the love it clearly deserves. It may be powered by ‘only’ a V8 engine, it still produces a formidable amount of horsepower. In the Ferrari California T model however, the power is increased, torque is increased and general performance is enhanced as well. This is all due to the brand new turbocharged Ferrari engine – thus the Ferrari California T namesake clearly.
The T in the moniker stands for Turbo, as stated. This is a technology Ferrari last used on a roadcar back when the Ferrari F40 was being produced and delivered. The Ferrari California T utilizes a new 3.9 liter bi-turbo V8 that produces 552 bhp (412 kW; 560 PS) at 7,500 rpm and 557 lbs/torque at 4,750 rpm. It comes with an improved 7-speed dual clutch gearbox, a revised magnaride’ adaptive suspension, as well as a new F1 trac system.
The California T can sprint from 0-62 mph (0-100 kmh) in 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 196 mph (315 km/h). For some owners, that’s plenty. On the other hand, people had a beef with its tame exterior. This has been dragging all the way from its first introduction all the way to the newly updated model as well. Even though the Ferrari California T received an updated fascia it still looks rather tame.
Hence the build we have here today. The owner of this Ferrari California T decided to further enhance its looks. TAG Motorsports dealt with the built. The addition of these HRE RS100M wheels in Brushed Titanium looks like a perfect choice. These accentuate its exterior looks, add a bit of aggression and create an utmost gorgeous looking build.
