Ferrari F12 Berlinetta Stallone By Mansory
Mansory has revealed their conversion and tuning program for the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta called (and this comes as a surprise) Stallone. We’re not sure if one our favorite superhero from the 1980’s has something to do with it, but the name sure sounds Italian enough. So what’s important over here?
As Mansory is all the well known for tuning awesome and luxury vehicles like Bentley’s, Bugatti’s or such and they haven’t disappointed this time as well. We gotta warn you though, with Mansory you either love it or hate it, there’s not a safe middle ground on their work. But in most cases, they do make their cars stand out and look impressive and that’s all we need.
Work on this Ferrari F12 Berlinetta stars with the exterior mods, where the car recieved a newly designed bonnet and bumpers, plus an array of carbon-fibre aero and purely cosmetic parts such as the front lip and boot lid spoilers, side skirts, rear diffuser, mirror caps and headlamps. We are definitely into the contrast blacked out parts make on the white exterior body, making it a complete package.
Exterior was wrapped up with new wheels. As usual with the cars of this form, shape and price, wheels make it or break it. The car now rides on 21 inch front and 22inch rear wheels with 255/30 R21 and 355/25 R22 front/rear tires all making this a completely complete package. Yaaay our English is awesome! But jokes aside, these are made of ultra-light forged aluminum and create a basis for the reduction of unsprung mass of the whole vehicle. Not many manufacturers of tuning parts take into account performance with looks, Mansory (given the former) does take it into play.
Now we come to the most important part of the tune for us petrolheads over here … engine tuning and performance figures. Mansory has given special attention to the performance part of the tune with newly developed engine components. The power kit consists of a modified ECU together with a sports exhaust system. This increases the performance of the 6.0 litre twelve cylinder engine from 740 to 775hp (570kW). The torque lies at an additional 35 Nm (Ferrari F12 Berlinetta stock is 690 Nm). Performance figures in terms of acceleration and such? We didn’t get that anywhere but we’re sure Mansory will show it off in the near future.
Here are some photos of the setup alongside with interior and exterior shots. Mansory sure did a fine job on this and we are very interested to see some real life photos of it. We got more from the Bavarian company coming up later today hopefully! Enjoy this set of snaps, we sure will.
